Mika’s Treats, a home-based business that was launched a year ago by mother-daughter duo, Melanie Samsudeen and Khiara Ousmand specialises in Malaysian cuisine.
As Malays in Sri Lanka, Melanie and Khiara were inspired to specialise in Malaysian cuisine based on their own origin.
The all-time favourite commonly found in Malaysian cuisine, also considered the national dish, the Nasi Lemak, is a signature dish of Mika’s Treats. The duo is also known for their Wattalapam, Chicken Satay, Biriyani, and Malay Pickle.
Mika’s Treats is mostly based on pre-orders. But they are also open to taking orders until 11 am for their loyal customers.
